Maryland After Midnight: A Podcast
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension of bad drivers, Old Bay seasoning, blue crabs, ocean city, the naval academy, and the birthplace of our national anthem. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. A place where one can experience all four seasons in the span of 12 hours. This is the dimension of the paranormal and mysteries. It is an area which we call “Maryland.” Welcome to: “Maryland after Midnight”. Have you ever heard of the legend of goat man, or have found yourself stalled out on Jericho covered bridge? Maybe you’ve wondered if the ghost of poet Edgar Allen Poe truly walks the grounds of Baltimore. Join me at midnight for a new episode every week where I tackle some of Maryland's most disturbing, dark, paranormal, and creepy stories and legends.
Episode 1: The Murder of Marshall
In this episode, I discuss the infamous murder of a traveling performer in the 1800s named Marshall. Marshall visited Westminster, Maryland to give his final comedy show at the Opera House on Main Street before his untimely death. Do you think his ghost still haunts the Opera House?
Episode 2: Exploring the Opera House
In this episode, I call up a paranormal expert for advice before visiting the haunted Opera House myself. Would you move into a house that is claimed to be haunted? Or are hauntings a placebo effect?
